& Travel Program: University Students
The Work & Travel Program allows American companies a great
opportunity to fulfill their short - term seasonal / temporary staffing
needs. American employers are allowed to hire international full
time college students for a period of up to four months during a
student's summer / winter school break (June to October - students
from the Northern Hemisphere and December to March - students from
the Southern Hemisphere). Hiring participants from the Work &
Travel Program provides American companies with committed and dependable
seasonal international staff designed to fit their needs.
Direct
Internship Program: University Students / Recent Graduates
The Direct Internship Training Program allows American employers
the liberty of offering highly qualified overseas students or recent
graduates with an internship opportunity designed to be related
to the student's course of study. Each applicant will have extensive
experience in the field he/she is applying for and will serve the
purpose of not only learning a great deal about American business
while employed, but enriching your employment team, as well, with
different aspects and ideas.
H-2B
Program:
The H-2B Program is directed toward American employers whose need
for additional qualified seasonal / temporary staff is high. The
H-2B Program participants are legally bound to work only for the
employer who requests their arrival to the US. In addition, an H-2B
participant may work only in the positions, which the US company
requesting their prescence was H-2B certified for by the US government
and are legally ineligible for additional employment elsewhere.
The full commitment of the H-2B participant is not only guaranteed
by our outstanding recruitment services, but also the H-2B Visa
regulations under US law. The H-2B Program is an excellent choice
for employers in need of extremely dependable and highly committed
seasonal - temporary staff.
